I like how easy it is to set up, configure with my own settings or use their default configurations if that's what you prefer.

The pricing structure seems fair compared to other cloud providers out there - no need to pay extra money when your usage isn't as high since they have tiered plans at reasonable prices (for now). It would be nice if we could integrate more easily into our existing systems instead of having to learn new tools/languages first before being able to communicate properly in those platforms. We are using this service mainly to provide video conferencing capabilities between different departments within one organization which has been working great so far!
