Yes this is one of the cheapest but there are others with similar price points that perform much better than this one. I just bought this one because it's all black and I'm sorry for that but not enough to go back because it works but the fan on the right doesn't flex properly. I have several neck fans for the trip we are taking and they have all been tested and this is only the wobbly one, very disappointed that only one side works properly and can point a certain direction and stay there.
