L for dog? T is for Rabbit 🤔

I originally bought this for my 1 year old and it was great at first. She learned very quickly which figure goes where and now that she is two years old she understands her numbers and can solve a number and number puzzle quickly. BUT there is one major downside (in my opinion) with the alphabet puzzle. It's very confusing for a young child trying to learn letters and sounds and how they form words when you have "F" for a cat and "H" for an elephant or "L" for a dog. She sees that; A lot of these characters are from movies that even my teens haven't seen. My two year old doesn't know the characters' names, and then the picture for 'N' also has balls and the picture for 'X' also has Mickey Mouse (probably one of the five characters she would know). All of this adds unnecessary confusion to something that should be very easy for toddlers just learning their ABCs. Even if your little one still likes to put things in their mouths, wood paper doesn't hold up very well. It separates from moisture quite easily, which also makes them unsuitable for cleaning.

Pros
  • DISNEY CLASSIC ALPHABET PUZZLE: Melissa & Doug Classics Disney puzzle with wooden pins and letters with Disney characters. Kids can hold up the letter pieces to show off their favorite characters like Winnie the Pooh, Alice and more.
