I had such high hopes for this. But he's not doing his job properly. Due to the tilt of my dash (2013 Camry) when attached to the air vent, the floor cannot come all the way down without assistance. The connection to the air vent is weak, and the holder and phone would rotate if I had to take a few tight turns (like cornering off a ramp) to the point where it wasn't even facing me. I took a sharp right turn yesterday and it all worked out. Will keep fiddling with it, but maybe just pass it on to someone else.
