This container is perfect for large amounts of sugar, which is why I ordered it. I bought a very large 10lb bag of sugar and it didn't fit in any of my regular containers so I ordered this one and it fit the headroom perfectly. The lid seems pretty solid, probably not entirely airtight, but then again it's mostly sold as a cereal container, so nowhere says it's airtight. Because of the cost I still gave 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and it was exactly what I expected. The packaging was very nice and in the original Rubbermaid box. My order arrived within 24 hours with my Prime. So honestly, I recommend this product 💯! And look around, you won't find anything that big in this price range. So yes, just buy it!
