Review on πŸ›οΈ Richards Stacking Risers for Beds - Wooden Bed Lifters, Set of 4, Honey Finish, 4 Count by Harry Tulsa

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Poor quality product or unscrupulous seller?

Suspected counterfeit of a genuine Richard's Homeware product. I have 2 sets of Richard's Homeware bed risers (bought elsewhere) in a light color much nicer than what was sent from this seller. From this seller: The lack of integrity of the blocks themselves, a serious lack of craftsmanship. The shape is heterogeneous, the pieces of the bar are unstable, crooked, cut out of the box. The wood itself is bright red as seen in the photo. The color "blonde" is more like red. The wood is untreated, unvarnished, rough. Nothing special per se, but the pieces are haphazardly glued together. The corners are crooked and not flush with the adjacent part. Footprints all over the tree. The wood feels unfinished and the roughening doesn't match the price. Once installed, do not align them properly (even with the wood block insert and pole provided for this purpose).

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Functionality
