Review on 👷 3M SecureFit ANSI X5012V Safety Helmet by Nate Nelson

I have worn a 3M helmet for many years. When it became clear that a certain job required me to wear a visor on my hard hat, I was thrilled that 3M was making this style of hat. I ordered a cap and visor only to find that you need to purchase the mounting hardware which only comes in a 5 pack for a lot of money. It took a lot of research on the 3M website, which by the way is terrible, to find these mounting parts. It took a YouTube video to find the part number for the brackets. At that point I gave up and sent the helmet back. Instead, I bit the bullet and spent a lot of money on a helmet and Kask visor. It's expensive, but you don't have to run around looking for the right accessory.
