Comes assembled, easy to use and works great. The only downside is that the mug is hard to hold on the table when it's tilted down, but instead I just put it in a small drawer and it's ok. (I only called it down a notch) I like that it goes up and down and tilts and the stopper is removable. Seriously, they really hit the mark. The entire upper is made of synthetic leather, which also contributes to the fact that nothing slips off. Nice to add! Like it a lot!
