Review on Tactyle by Travis Flores

I like how simple it was for me as an end user to get up & running with this tool, also they have excellent customer service which helped resolve my issues quickly when something went wrong during implementation. There are not many features available yet but what's there looks promising! We're using tactile at work mainly to track our conversions rates (what percentage of people who visit the page actually convert). The analytics we've seen so far has been very useful - even if you don't use all their bells/whistles, just tracking overall bounce rate or time spent per visitor can be quite revealing about where things may need improvement. The product has been really great to use for tracking and measuring the performance of our mobile web app. Since we're a small start up, we have been able to work very closely with the team at Tactyle to get our app set up perfectly.
