I bought this set to make Christmas cookies/candy. We make chocolate pretzels and homemade mint cakes. Usually we only use 2 forks to try to load everything, but this is troublesome because it takes a lot of effort to balance the item on the forks. I have to say that the diving process was much easier this year! The fork tool was our favorite. It's gotten a lot easier. I also like how the tool is angled. The shelf life of this item? The piece of metal that goes into the handle seems flimsy, but maybe that's how it's designed? I could see it bending if you're not careful where you store it. But overall I am satisfied with the product. The 4 pack tool kit was cheaper than buying individual packs so it was better value for money. I recommend this set.
