Dims, doesn't streak

Complete junk. This will dim your light but not diffuse it. Still get that spotlight effect no matter how many layers you use, the dark side is still visible. Spend a little more and buy a light box or cheap photo lamps instead. Lesson learned. I only save it when I need a plain background.
