Shit return instructions

I got the fan same day it broke. The plug on the fan fell out and return is not possible in the small town where I live. They have me walking around looking for a UPS store that isn't even close to me. And since I don't have a car, you understand me. They then tell you to activate some kind of code to prove you bought it. So I'm stuck with a defective fan. They won't send you a return confirmation, so stick with it.
