We were on vacation in Miami Beach and tried this shower head in the shared pool area - much better than most as the government has lower flow rates. Most of them won't even let you wash off the soap without scrubbing it off. Thinking that if a five-sided showerhead is good, six is even better, I first tried the Waterpik SM 623 Original 6-Mode Massage Showerhead. same company, almost same settings - massage worked well but the other two settings sprayed, one didn't have enough pressure, the other was so tight you couldn't get ALL wet at once - sent back, ordered. Massage is useless here, and as others have commented, sweating is useless too. However, the reason we bought it is that you can actually take a decent shower underneath. High pressure after removing the screen (as indicated in the instructions). I also removed the 0 ring in the small indentation behind this screen - I used a toothpick but you could probably use a paper clip bent with pliers to do this. , you need to reduce the water a little, or the performance really stings a little! Instead of taking a 1/2 to an hour shower trying to wash the soap off, you can now go down to 5 minutes. It doesn't matter that only one setting works, that's what we bought it for! Highly recommend - provided you remove the shield and o-ring. Also note that it does not come with Teflon tape. Although the instructions say you don't need it, I've used it and should also suggest that you get a roll (a dollar or two from WallyWorld) and use it when installing. We'll buy a few more later - one for the other bath and a spare bath.
