This dress is beautiful! The graceful, puffy tulle skirt and floral velvet bodice with flower appliqué are well made and neatly sewn. I ordered dark green with a red rose accent. Really festive atmosphere! Wide fit but velvet drawstring for a snug fit. Because it's not too tight, you can easily wear a blouse or knit top underneath. The tulle skirt needs some steam to smooth out the creases, but that's about it. A great find at a time when formal wear options for young girls are virtually non-existent in stores.
