ATTENTION. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! We ordered these bar stools and when they arrived the equipment to assemble the chairs was missing and the 'leather' was already torn from one of the seats. "Skin" as thick as a butterfly wing. I will never shop from this company again. When we contacted customer service we were treated disrespectfully and like liars. Customer service didn't believe our chair was damaged and asked for photographic evidence. I'm sorry but when a company makes mistakes and delivers a damaged item, they are wrong. Demanding that I show them proof of their mistake before starting the correction process is ridiculous. If it weren't for the problem, I wouldn't waste my precious time calling support. Also, the pitches are very small. I'm 6'0", weigh 175 pounds and the seat is too small for me to sit comfortably. Again, the vinyl/"leather" is very thin. ATTENTION BUYERS! ATTENTION BUYERS! Do not buy furniture from This company. Inferior quality. You will regret it.
