These dresses turned out so cute. I'm 5'1 and ordered a small. I usually have to hem everything so I was expecting it to be too long. Instead of hemming it I just cut off the bottom blue part and it fit perfectly. My daughter is skinny, she is 2.5 years old. I ordered 2T/3T for her (now she only fits 2T) so I figured she would be big too. I ended up cropping the light blue off hers too and they both matched us perfectly.
