Review on CASIO G-Shock GX-56BB-1 Wrist Watch by Janis Janis ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

I think I need to write a review about the watch, because when I wanted to buy this watch, little was written about them. The choice was between Casio Gx-56bb-1 and Casio G 9300-1e (I needed a compass to determine the direction for prayer when I am hunting or fishing). As a result, I took Casio Gx-56 and Casio prg-240 with a compass. First impressions, like many others, were something like this: Fuck they are healthy! But if you wear them for a day or two, you get used to them and the size seems already normal. On a hand with a wrist of at least 17 cm, it will look normal. I also have a Casio Prg-240 protrek, they are about the same size. There is one nuance, it makes no sense to put them on under clothes with narrow cuffs, to see the time, you just have to pick them out. Regarding the readability of the inverse dial - everything is perfectly visible, even in shaded places. Many write that the numbers are hard to see, I don’t know, I’m fine. The strap in the reviews wrote flimsy. It's not flimsy, but soft. Buckle is reliable. On other Casio, they came across tougher. I read about the fogging of the glass in the reviews. But when I carried them at temperatures of 0 ° C and a little lower on the arm outside the sleeve of the jacket, I did not notice fogging, thank God. From the functionality, everything is like in classic Casio (alarm clocks, stopwatch, timer, etc.) Do they like me - definitely! Do I regret purchasing this watch - not at all! You quickly get used to the size. And even at home I wear them without taking them off, as they say. Can I recommend to buy? I think so, I recommend it.

Pros
  • Look great (truth be told, not with the classics) Quality. Reliability. Indestructibility.
Cons
  • No cons
