My first impression of this lamp was not that good. I didn't like that it's a bit heavier than the lights I usually use from brands like Smallrig and LituFoto, and didn't see the point in the extra weight of the folding stand. However, when I started experimenting with programmable lighting effects, I changed my mind. For such an affordable light source the range is excellent and varied, from emergency car lights to TV lights and strobes. This is a welcome feature that's usually missing from devices in this price range. You can find flashlights with more LED beads for this price and you can definitely find lighter units but I still like the performance. And after playing around with it for a while, I found that the bulky stand is actually very handy for lighting control when attached to a tripod that doesn't move easily. I would recommend it.
