I know kids walk through shoes but seriously? I bought these boots for my daughter hoping to pass them on to my son when she grows up. no They won't even last until she outgrows them. I live in a very rainy environment and really need waterproof boots. They fell apart after about 2 months of normal wear for just a few days a week. even in the rainy season, when she wore them every day, so I hardly wore them in summer! I am very disappointed and will NOT buy them again or recommend them. to cut it off to keep it from dangling off the side. I measured her so she didn't have to fight it, so it must have been a bad design. no longer waterproof and not just a little, but almost the whole shoe. And there are obvious abrasions on the front, this is normal, but then the seal near the toe started to come off. Extremely disappointed.
