I wear a lot of fleece jackets. I love them and they are snuggly but they tend to curl up in heavily chafed areas like the back, collar and armpits. I ordered this model because it has a handle and I've used these smaller models before, but my hand would cramp trying to get into all the nooks and crannies of the clothing. Anyhow, it was easy to charge and the LED would go from red to blue and it was fully charged before I could keep track of the exact time. I think it was 45 minutes but it seemed like less. Anyway, I've been working on my favorite fleece jacket and had no trouble removing the pilling. It comes with an extra blade, a cleaning brush, and a USB cable that's older than the one you plug into your mobile charger. My two pics show before and after and it works great. If you accidentally press too hard, the motor will stop. While cleaning, you can't turn it on to take advantage of the safety feature that keeps you from cutting yourself while cleaning. The included brush helps to clean the coil storage case of the device. On the front around the cleaning area are bright blue LEDs that glow when turned on and are a great feature for hard to reach areas in dimly lit areas. The device is not thin in the hand, but it is not tactically durable either. It worked, my jacket looks amazing and I'm wearing it again.
