Review on 🔌 Rowenta Freemove Cordless Auto Off 400-Holes Stainless Steel Soleplate Steam Iron, Blue, Model 1 - 1830007108 by Michael Patilla

I bought this Rowenta iron because I need a cordless iron. My first Rowenta cordless iron didn't work well, but I decided to give it another try and bought a second one, exactly the same. As Rowenta is a good product I decided to buy this brand instead of the Panasonic cordless iron which is another good brand I had before. However, the iron beeps intermittently and is very annoying at times, especially when I'm working late at night. I have others in my house and even they can hear the beep. I think that this beep, which serves a specific purpose, should be optional so it can be toggled on and off, and not permanent like it is now. In addition, the iron does not heat up properly because the sensor is not working properly. Even though I contact Rowenta directly, I don't have a follow-up service. Finally, a month ago, less than a year after I bought the product, the iron broke down completely without even getting hot. If I could give this item a negative rating, I would. So far no one from Rowenta has answered my question on where to fix it. By the way, Made in China, not in Germany.
