Surprisingly disappointing

Honestly, I'm very disappointed in this stereo. I have other K&M gear and it's really top notch. However, they have some serious problems. First, you need one Use adapters to screw on a regular mic clip. Adapters are included, but when you unscrew the mic clamp, the adapters usually get stuck in the clamp instead of staying in the pole. At least, You had to use adapters with a screwdriver slot - I usually see this on other adapters like this, but they don't have one, making removal very difficult. You have to use a flathead screwdriver and it's impossible to unscrew the adapters without scratching the metal on the adapter. Also, the stand doesn't have a hinge at the base like other models, so it's not easy to position the mics at the right angle when standing on the stand. Finally, it would be very helpful to include a lock nut (or "lock nut"), again to make it easier for you to get the right angle for your desired mic position. Sometimes they need to fit into tight spaces and this bar definitely won't help you with that. Again, I think that K& M makes great products (they have the best guitar/bass stand I've ever had). and so I'm surprised by these design flaws that even cheaper brands build into their stereo bars.
