Most new controllers are JDM 55 and I think most people will be curious if these buttons will fit. The answer is mostly yes. I had to grind the touchpad for about 10 seconds on each side. It was a few millimeters larger than my current touchpad. Maybe this is the size for older models? The biggest downside is the fact that you have to manually cut and possibly glue the new Share and Options buttons. This model includes the buttons that are physically connected to the rest of the board that the mobo sits on and I didn't want to mess with that. This should be doable with fine tools and fingers. Finally, transferring an old touchpad to a new one is not possible with the tools provided. I had to use a tiny, long, thin, flat head screwdriver I had on hand to pry it out of the old case. You are likely to break or damage it if you try to use the spatula provided. I can't give 4 or 5 stars because of the trivial steps I had to take. Otherwise they look and feel good and are indistinguishable from the original.
