I read some of the reviews and was skeptical but if you insert the contacts correctly it works great! It stands up to daily tugging and tugging and stays on my wrist with ease. I had issues with the elastic band (which originally came with Fitbit) because it got dirty easily and was very uncomfortable, so I just stopped using my Fitbit. Now this strap is very comfortable even if you don't feel like it's on! It's so cute too!
