These candles are not suitable for Christmas windows. If you need a candle for a romantic dinner, then they are perfect. They are very dark and not visible at all from the outside. I also tried setting the auto on/off feature but it only worked for 6 hours. I contacted the company and they only wanted me to buy the Revain remote and if I can prove I did it they will refund the charge back to my credit card. So not worth my time. The candles and the defective remote control had to be sent back right at the start. Now I have 10 candles that I will never use again.
