good product, good customer support

I found the tiles to be very realistic and so easy to use. I've used real glass tile for kitchen backsplashes before, but didn't anticipate the long and complicated installation β€” and mess β€” of using real tile, or the expense. I chose STICKGOO 10 Sheets Anti-Mildew Tile Adhesive Sandstone Kitchen Tile (Thicker Type). I'm so glad I did! After cleaning them, I marked the walls with a level line and began installing. I love the finished look! It's really beautiful. A few tips that might help you. Since the weather is cold, I warmed up the tiles near my stove first. Not in the oven, but next to it. I thought it might help them persevere better. I then used the back of one of the tile sheets as a template when I got to the sockets. Then I marked the exit point on the backing paper. After cutting the paper so I had a hole where the exit would be, I placed this template on my tile sheet and marked it. Be sure to make the hole slightly smaller so that when installing over the outlet, the faceplate of the outlet will cover the edges of the tile. Another thing to keep in mind is that you should look for the top grout line on the tile so they all come on top with a finished look. Be sure to remove the clear protective film from all tiles AFTER pressing them against the wall. If you don't have a roller to push the tiles to the wall, you can use plastic glass as a roller if it's smooth, or just use your palm. Both methods worked for me. The tiles have held up well. The customer service in this company is really good and they respond very quickly if you have any problem. I contacted them and found them to be very helpful in solving an issue I was having. Be aware that tiles have an odor (think when you hang up a new vinyl or plastic shower curtain and when you open it, it smells like plastic). but the smell completely disappears very soon after laying the tiles.
