Review on ๐Ÿฑ 10-Pack Glass Meal Prep Containers: Airtight Food Storage with Lids - Microwave, Oven, Freezer, and Dishwasher Safe Lunch Boxes by Charles Jenkins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wanted to use them for a while before writing my review.

After reading the negative reviews I felt compelled to add this: First, the rubber ring is removable so it can be cleaned. You see, there are these things called bacteria and they can get into hard-to-reach places, so you have to take the ring off to actually clean underneath and around them! Second, I find it interesting that all the broken ring images look suspiciously like they were cut with a sharp object. Competitive Ratings? For the record, I'm reviewing "glass food prep containers, [10 packs] glass food storage containers with lids, airtight glass bento boxes, BPA-free and airtight (10 lids and 10 containers)" to be specific. I know reviews sometimes don't match and are used for other products so this should help. I bought these to use in a portable electric oven (portable oven, 110v portable food warmer, personal portable oven, mini electric heated lunch box for reheating and cooking raw food in office, travel, kitchen and home ( black)) that I bought for my husband to use at work to heat up lunch so he doesn't have to eat cold food all the time. I have these because the bottoms are flat and sit properly on the hot plate. I was concerned that with these types of containers, the lids tend to warp or deteriorate fairly quickly. But not so with these. We've been using it for several months now, five days a week. I can say with confidence that they are sturdy, easy to clean and work very well. I had one that leaked when I put a lot of soup in it. But I've found that if I cover the container with plastic wrap before putting the lid on, that takes care of it. I always do this when I have a tomato-based dish anyway so it doesn't stain the lid. It's not like this. In fact, the lids are still in mint condition and I am very satisfied. hard plastic lid. I have advised my husband to loosen the lids when he puts the food in the oven to avoid steam or pressure build up and warping. But I have to admit that I think I'm being overly cautious. I don't like wasting money and ruining things so I can buy more later. I am very happy with my purchase. They arrived on time, work better than I expected and are holding up very well. I highly recommend them. I only wish I could buy a larger 12oz size on my own. I need more of these and this option is not available.
