For the price this is an AMAZING little flashlight, I got it on a planted fluval, spec. III. Attaching it to the tank itself was a mistake, but I used velcro to attach the base to the wall and skylight as it has a flexible neck that curves over the top of the tank. Cover over the LEDs. It's easy to clean with a damp paper towel, but be careful not to get anything on it. I took some aquarium safe Silicone 1 with no mold inhibitors etc. Just pure silicone 1 and sealed with plastic tape over the LEDs. It puts out a ton of light, so much that I've had a red lobe flash since I've been using it. Easy to fix. This light costs $25-30, looks good, gives a lot of light for planted aquariums and would be amazing for unplanted aquariums.
