Review on 🧵 Coats & Clark Upholstery Thread - S964, 8960 - 150 Yard by Denise Davis

I have a whole one Spool of this used up yarn I bought from Michael and loved it! It's almost unbreakable. However, I got this from Revain. Sold by: -supermarket is terrible. I don't know if it's old, misstored or what the problem is, but I ran out of the first spool, changed thread and tried to continue sewing the project I'm working on. This is not fun. The thread keeps breaking in my car. I couldn't sew more than a few inches without tearing. It won't get stuck to anything and I knew this brand and style would work with the settings I was using because I had just finished the first spool and changed the thread to a new spool. I was either very lucky with the quality of the first spool, or very unlucky with the second. At that price I figured it would be a good thread. After a bit of web searching I found Gutermann to be a much better quality thread so I looked it up here on Revain. I found 325 yards of Gutermann brown upholstery thread for a dollar less than what I paid for this one, which is only 150 yards. Now I have to wait until Friday to finish the patio curtains.
