When in doubt about whether to buy it or not, go for it! They are an absolute steal for the price. The quality meets my standards. Each handkerchief must be hand washed and air dried to maintain its quality. If you are concerned about the roughness of a new handkerchief, you can wash/tumble dry it once (using fabric softener or dryer if desired) and it will be much softer after the first wash. However, to maintain the highest quality and to maximize the life of the tissues, I would not recommend continuing to machine wash/dry them. If you must machine wash them, make sure to only air dry them.
