Charger does not fit

charging cable that is included in the scope of delivery does not fit in the charging socket. or maybe it is, and I almost have to break it trying to put it in there, but I won't know. Otherwise it is not damaged or similar and works perfectly. Edit: It doesn't draw well on Ibis paint. no medibang
