Why is it moving so slowly? Purchased three parts for the purpose of organizing the storage for backups. I installed all three drives on separate computers, and I using TranscendElite to handle the data copying (very convenient firmware, even such a kettle as I figured out). Before the disks, the duty that needed to be completed was as follows: every day at 20:00, backup copies of the data needed to be made (without compression or archiving, simply copies). Therefore, the data did not have time to be copied overnight, and the "morning employees" started working with the data, and therefore copying part of the data was already not relevant. Each disk contained approximately 180–200 gigabytes of data (no photos, and no heavy large files). With such a substantial amount of hard drive space, the manufacturer ought to give some consideration to the data transfer rate. It's like putting an Oka engine on a Hemmer.
