The first one was great! I've had it for a few months and the sound quality was good and the buttons were really helpful. Unfortunately, I dropped something on it and the volume control and microphone broke. Totally my fault, I take full responsibility. I have ordered another one. It broke and the sound was really buggy and I couldn't use it. I really didn't want to bother buying another one, so I went with a different brand. All in all it was pretty good initially and I have no complaints about the first one I got but the second broken one was a bit of a mess. This made me question the quality assurance.
