The manufacturer replied to clarify why I can't put my iPad in the case. I didn't notice a small manual. Fitting the iPad into the case requires some force. It's a solid, well-built case. Well designed to ensure all buttons work when the iPad is in the case. I liked the shoulder strap, it's easy to take with you anywhere. It would be great for kids. I am an elderly man who recently had a stroke. A bright pink color, it is easy to see anywhere. Thanks to the shoulder strap I don't have to carry it in my hands, it's easier to take with me. The stand works very well. I have had many iPad cases and this is the best I have ever had. Love it.
