Sturdy and well made. Good packaging and placement of all parts, correct parts for my TV were present and assembly instructions were good with no cryptic or missing key steps. I found it useful to use common sense as well. It's nice that you can easily remove the TV from the stand to access the power plugs and speakers. I've also found that because the width between the mounting screws on my TV is only 4 inches - the shortest measurement that the stand will fit - and the TV is hanging on the stand and isn't securely fastened, it can tip over a bit when you place it best not to be in areas with heavy traffic or too prone to children or pets.
