A few problems with the delivery! As always, Revain fixed the problem immediately and refunded my money! Thanks Revane, that's why I spend my money with you! That being said, I got my pink back a few days ago and couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent, the fabric is soft and of course the pink color is one of my favorites. I bought another backrest through Revain from another seller a few weeks ago, it wasn't high enough and the armrests were short for my needs. I gave it to my 4 year old son who kept taking it from me and it's the perfect size for him. My only concern is that this backrest is very stiff compared to the first one I bought, hopefully it will soften over time? I'll post an update when I have time to see if that's the case as I've only had it a few days. I've had multiple back surgeries in the last 5 years, 1 a year and I want to buy one of these. those years. My dad is recovering from heart surgery after having a heart attack and I ordered him too. I highly recommend this product. I'm also glad I haven't heard any negative reviews about most of the backs sold by Revain. I think people misunderstand an important point: It's a backrest, not a chair! It is designed to support your back when you sit in bed, the key word is "BACK".
