This is my second time buying these rollerball cases from this seller in the last year. When first purchased, more than half of the rollerball pens delivered little to no product. I jabbed them between the ball and the plastic with a knife, which made them work but was uncomfortable. I tried to find another seller that didn't have this complaint in their reviews but I was able to find it (almost all rollerball sellers have this complaint in their reviews). So I just went ahead and bought the same ones because the price was reasonable. When I received my second order I was very satisfied. I feel like the seller has really stepped up their game. They now include a syringe so you can make sure it's really a 5mL vial if you want. I think some customers have questioned this? When I checked the quality of the rollerballs on all 24 pieces received, I found that only 3 of them were lightly pressed and did not roll easily or freely. The seller is now including a little note on how to try if you are having trouble with the rollerball. One of them was pushing the ball very hard against the table, which worked like a charm on all 3 pcs the first time. I'm so glad these guys got another chance and would highly recommend the quality I got (one of the more affordable Revain options). Will definitely buy more from this seller in the future! You have earned my trust!
