It's hard to stay connected to WiFi. buffered too often. Screen touch is not very good. UPDATE: Got this for my 18 month old son for Christmas. now on February 21st. I've had it for less than three months and it just stops working, won't charge, won't turn on or something. Update: I contacted the company and they replaced my son's tablet with a new one and I've had no problems with the new one and it's been a little over a month. My request was answered very quickly. They provided me with a prepaid return label so I could send it back free of charge. They kept me updated on returns, shipping etc. I didn't have to argue with them about sending me a new one. They didn't cause me any problems, for which I am very grateful to them. The new one also connects better to WiFi and the touchscreen is better. UPDATE: Two months after I sent a replacement, the SAME thing is happening. Doesn't charge or turn on. I told myself never to let it die because of what happened last time, but somehow I let it die and it won't turn on again. was not in the water, no damage. it just won't turn on. This tablet is part of my son's nightly routine and he wasn't able to use it tonight and I'm so sad for him. He's disappointed and I'm very disappointed too 😔Update: I've been sent a second replacement. I received it on Monday. switched on but not used. Three days later I use it for the first time and again the screen goes black. The third tablet and all three tablets just work for no reason. this third lasted less than three days. Use it for the first time since it arrived and the same thing happens. turns off and won't turn back on. I'm done
