It really works, it feels like muscles are tensing. I feel it at an indicator of 13, that's what confuses in the instructions, there are no tips in terms of power strength on which it is worth training. Let's say I feel it from 13, but I feel fine even at 30 (I haven't tried it higher), so, does it make sense to gradually increase the power or not? As I understood from the video, the point is to gradually increase the power, but there is not a word about this in the instructions.
