Not so small a flaw that detracts from the overall experience
Great sound, great battery life, great connectivity, so why give it only one star overall? The volume down button does not work. This doesn't work, so it has to be done manually in the player. It was my wife's Mother's Day gift and it was the first thing she noticed which ruined the moment. I live in Colombia so the return option is almost impossible and absurdly expensive. and these blocks are so tightly closed that one has to think about repair - no, no. That's something that doesn't usually happen with brands like JBL, but from just a few bad devices I've had to end up with one out of bad luck.
