A few years ago I bought a Logitech K360 wireless keyboard and when I moved house I lost the receiver, rendering the keyboard completely unusable. After this receiver arrived I plugged it in expecting it to work right away but it didn't. I checked the manual that conveniently came with the product and found that I needed to download some Logitech software. I received the software, but my computer kept throwing a version check error when I tried to run the installer. So I found the old Logitech software on my computer, uninstalled it, and then reinstalling it worked. The whole process took less than 10 minutes including troubleshooting, so I'm satisfied.
