Straight from their website. It's helped me get a good pump, just enough to give me that extra "I gotta do something" energy without wanting to scratch my skin. This is probably one of the three most delicious pre-workouts I've ever tried. A definite buy if you're looking to try a new pre-workout or something to use with your current powder.
