The ability for me as an analyst at my workplace was able see what areas were being worked by other employees within different departments so that we could work together more efficiently without having overlapping duties or issues with time management! There really isn't anything bad about this program; it's very easy going once you get used too its format/designations etc...It can be difficult when trying new things out because there are lots of people who dont want change but if your willing then give them some leeway they will thank u later.
