I appreciate that EPG has been able to tailor their process for me in order to fit my current needs as an employer.
They are constantly working hard at improving how they can work better for employers like mine (and myself). Sometimes it's frustrating when you have different requests or wants than your recruiter/client but there isn't much else we can do about this except wait until our client gets back-to us! It takes some time to build trust between both parties because sometimes clients aren't always 100% honest so communication becomes very difficult. We're using employment processing group mostly for candidate search & screening - filling out online applications during interviews which saves us quite a bit of HR time.
