I ordered from Amazing_Deals, they are a great company with good customer service. That's why I ordered this camera and was so happy to get it, but then got so upset when it didn't work; because the battery was already dead or bad. After testing various things and also ordering a new battery because I couldn't get the one that came with the camera to work. It turned out to be the charger because once the new battery arrived and I put it in the camera the camera worked great. The new battery came with a wall charger so I plugged in the battery that came with the camera and it charged with no problems. So after making a return/refund request, they are ready to make it; I emailed the company again and said I wanted to keep the camera. After telling them what happened and what I did, they agreed to let me keep the camera and they refunded me $12 for a replacement charger I bought. The camera really is the best little family camera for on the go, it takes great pictures and fits in any pocket or purse (ladies, even the small evening bag). I know most phones come with cameras, but many of you have drained the battery while taking pictures. This is a great addition to your daily outings, don't waste these precious moments. It's also perfect for the little photographer in your family.
