It's easy to set up, it has many features that are useful for website owners/operators like me (daily backups of my sites). The support team helps with any issues you may have immediately after submitting them via email or ticket system. Their prices seem high at first but they do offer discounts if I am able to make use of more than one feature per month. They also allow free trial so there really isn't much risk in using their services as long as your site doesn't get too big! There aren't enough web hosting companies out there who provide daily backup solutions which include FTP access. This makes things such as transferring domains between providers very difficult without having to log into each account individually every day manually.
