The case is not genuine
The product itself is ok, easy to assemble and strong enough. You may need to buy sandbags to make it harder. My problem is mainly with the carrying case, which is not exactly the case. We bought this so we could store everything together in a case that looks more like packaging. It does not close, there is only velcro. You just stick the poles in and wrap it up like you're carrying a bundle of firewood. It doesn't hold everything together very well as the sides don't close so small pieces fall out.
