Double disappointment
Not only disappointed that the clasp broke but also tramp at being ignored. I've had clasps like this before, and they survived the leather ones. I emailed Hobo. I received a quick response to send more information including photos. I did and over a month later I'm still waiting. Stupid, I thought they would vouch for their product like the cost more than others.
