This background is transparent when using a softbox or any kind of lighting. You'll have to do a lot of editing if you want this background to have a white effect. This is the material that feels most like medical gauze, woven and transparent. Not to mention that even though I followed the instructions on the product listing, the background would not iron. Then when I actually hung the backdrop, the backdrop clips tore through this flimsy material. How am I supposed to hang this monster if I can't use background clips? Generally use a leaf. Ironing took several hours, but still to no avail. I ended up having to edit tons of otherwise good photos because of this horrible waste of money. If I were Revain I would stop representing this product. It was DEFINITELY not the background they advertised in the picture and I don't know who could have taken nice photos with that see through thing.
