For the money I think this is a decent 2-in-1 beard shampoo option. This is very average quality but for the price it does the job. I bought it more out of curiosity. I really liked the list of ingredients, the value of the brand and the price. My first thoughts: 1. The shampoo has a slight citrus scent, but not very pronounced.2. Shampoo initially causes a brief tingling sensation that does not last.3. For a medium beard, 1-2 pumps are enough. 3-4 for a very prominent beard.4. I think it's best to leave the shampoo on for 3-4 minutes for the best results. Overall, this will soften your beard a bit, especially if you don't use anything. If you are new to beard products, this is where you can start. However, after you get your feet wet, you'll probably want more from your beard products. All in all I recommend this for the price it is sold for and it is a valuable product, nothing more! Hooray!
